Mitch brings deep executive level experience with various industry leading companies, with particular success in developing emerging technologies into mature products and services. Prior to Demand by Design, Mitch was the vice president of worldwide marketing for NetEnrich where he led the launch of packaged cloud-based managed services through the channel. The program lead to relationships with major distribution partners like Ingram Micro and Arrow in addition to hundreds of VAR partners serving literally thousands of businesses. Before NetEnrich, Mitch served as vice president of marketing at OpSource, where he successfully launched Optimal OnDemand, the industry’s first Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery platform, and SaaSTrak, which became the OpSource Cloud. In prior positions at Connectix, Maxoptix, Novell and Acer, Mitch was responsible for significantly increasing sales by developing strategies for new product lines and opening new market segments by leveraging innovative promotions, reseller and channel programs.
Nick has over 25 years of experience in high tech, including executive positions in sales, marketing, product management and engineering. His sales experience includes both direct and channel sales in cloud, software and services companies. His most recent company experience was as VP Worldwide Sales at NetEnrich where he drove the acquisition of hundreds of VARs/MSPs and thousands of customers in the managed services space. Prior to NetEnrich, Nick was VP Sales of 3Tera where he was responsible for driving revenue for their cloud platform which ultimately led to 3Tera’s acquisition by Computer Associates in 2010. Before that, Nick was Sr.VP of Sales and Marketing for OpSource where he was responsible for defining, building and growing a SaaS enablement business for the company. In just under two years, he established OpSource as the leader in SaaS enablement and, drove their revenue in the SaaS space from under $1M to over $25M annualized. Nick has also held executive positions at Allocity (acquired by EMC in 2004) and VERITAS where he worked for over eight years in several capacities and was responsible for developing and driving the Windows strategy for the company.
